Mycobacterial Research Laboratory

TLM undertakes cutting-edge research through the Mycobacterial Research Laboratory (MRL). This is one of the world’s few highly professional research facilities dedicated to leprosy, and has built up a number of significant international collaborations. This enables evidence-based policy making decisions by organisations and governments relevant to leprosy-affected populations worldwide.

In order to do this, we partner or independently address research arenas globally aligned with targets of the Triple Zero Campaign, International Federation of Anti-Leprosy Associations, ILEP, TLM International and the Leprosy Research Initiative (LRI).
