Safeguarding
Safeguarding is the responsibility of every organization to make sure their staff, operations, and programmes do no harm to children and adults at-risk nor expose them to abuse or exploitation. It is necessary to think about how we safeguard everyone in our organization at all times, including protecting staff from harm and inappropriate behaviour such as bullying and harassment.
To date, TLMN has all its staff, board members and national partners in safeguarding. We also assess projects in safeguarding through a safeguarding matrix.
